Dealer accounts

Dealer pricing is shown only to an approved, signed-in dealer account. The account is for your company; keep the credentials to the people entitled to use them, and tell us if that changes. We can suspend an account that is being used outside the company it was issued to.

Catalog and pricing

Specifications, capacities, and documents in this catalog come from the manufacturer and are published as the manufacturer supplied them. Confirm capacity, electrical data, and refrigerant against the manufacturer submittal for the exact model before you order or install it.

A product is offered for sale only when it carries a current, sourced dealer price. Where it does not, the page says so instead of showing a number. Prices are refreshed from supplier portals and can change; the price that governs is the one confirmed on your order.

Ordering, shipment, and backorders

We hold no inventory. Equipment ships from the supplier, and an order the supplier cannot fill in one shipment is backordered rather than cancelled -- you will be told what shipped and what is still to come. An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is submitted.

Freight and damage

Inspect every shipment before signing for it. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves; that receipt is what a freight claim rests on. Report damage through order help within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported within five business days.

Returns

Unopened, uninstalled equipment in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. Return freight and any supplier restocking fee are the buyer's. Installed equipment, special-order items, and electrical components are not returnable.

Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty and no other. We are not the warrantor. We will help open and pursue a claim -- start one through order help with the model and serial number and the installation date. Manufacturer warranties generally require installation by a licensed contractor and, on many models, registration within a set period after installation.
